We have two models under which we treat patients- a Per Service Program and a Concierge Medicine Program, both of which are non-insurance based. The Per Service model is a “pay as you go” concept, and you are billed at the time of service, for whatever was provided that day. The Concierge Medicine Program includes a set battery of diagnostics and office visits as well as IV Therapy, injections, after hours access and more, for a preset yearly fee.
